Dr. Rami Baha Eldin Elsayed is a CCU Laboratory alumnus who completed his M.S. in Chemistry at KFUPM in May 2014. His master’s research focused on the selective visible-light-driven photocatalytic oxidation of alcohols to aldehydes, exploring sustainable approaches to green organic synthesis. He subsequently earned his Ph.D. from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, where his research interests expanded into photo-driven surface chemistry and advanced ionic-liquid-based materials.
