Dr. Abdullah Al-Swat is a CCU Laboratory alumnus who completed his M.S. in Chemistry at KFUPM in May 2013. His master’s research focused on the “Removal of Thiophene and Benzothiophenes from Diesel by Metal-Oxide Based Sorbents,” advancing materials for fuel desulfurization and cleaner petroleum products. He subsequently earned his Ph.D. in Malaysia and is currently an Associate Professor of Chemistry at Sana’a University, with research interests in fuel analysis, nanoporous materials, ferrite nanocomposites, adsorption, and water treatment.
